Position: CNC Production Support Specialist (2nd Shift)
Summary:
The CNC Production Specialist is responsible for working to troubleshoot any CNC machining issues on the production floor. This position provides programming support for Process Improvements (IMPs) as well as New Product Initiatives (NPI) by refining and optimizing machining processes using software such as GIBBSCAM. This includes following all the steps as defined by corrective and preventative action (C/PAs) work instructions to ensure all documentation is properly updated and communicated. The CNC Production Specialist will work with the CNC Manager to train production staff on set-ups and operating IMPs. Finally, this position is responsible for working across all company lines to provide leadership and knowledge in machining best practices at Tri-Mack.
