Under the direction of the shipping supervisor, perform various functions within shipping office to include shipping/packing and paperwork.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Receive and inspect all incoming material and log into the ERP system as appropriate
Use a forklift or hand truck to move all incoming material
Communicate with Purchasing or Department Leads regarding incoming product
Ensure all special requirements per order are taken care of prior to shipping using FedEx, UPS or special shipping handler
Check material requirements, file and communicate with the material coordinator prior to stocking raw material receipt, also assign locations on stocked items as needed
Understand and operate all equipment and perform daily equipment checks
Maintain good housekeeping within the cell and keep all equipment meticulously clean to prevent contamination and ensure safety
Follow all safety precautions and wear protective equipment and clothing as required
Able to perform shipping office functions, receiving and cycle counts as necessary
QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Familiar with Export regulations & documentation.
Fedex/UPS shipping systems.
Microsoft Applications, ERP systems.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years' experience preferred

Microsoft Applications, ERP systems.
