Duties include but are not limited to: Answer all incoming calls into the customer service center Troubleshoot issue and direct as needed to the appropriate trades shop or manager Create and/or process all work orders using School Dude Perform clerical functions (prepare reports, type, file, copy, fax, data entry, etc.) Assist with processing purchase orders, invoices and other forms and records maintained in the customer service area - Initial assignment only.
