Schedule: u00b7 Full Time u00b7 Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 2:00pm to 10:00pm u00b7 Sunday 6:00am to 2:00pm u00b7 $18.50/hr Specific Duties and Job Functions: u00b7 Perform security patrols of designated areas by foot or vehicle. u00b7 Observe for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards u00b7 Respond to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services based upon situation. u00b7 Monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons u00b7 Maintain access control of premises and monitors entrances and exits u00b7 Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities u00b7 Provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner Minimum Qualifications u00b7 High school diploma or GED equivalent u00b7 18 years of age or older u00b7 Security experience preferred u00b7 Must posses a State Issued License as Security Officer (where applicable) or meet qualifications to complete state required Security Officer Affidavit/Registration. u00b7 Be able to pass a drug screen u00b7 Have access to reliable transportation Knowledge Skills and Abilities: u00b7 Good working knowledge of Security Operations. u00b7 Understanding of Safety Practices in a Business environment. u00b7 Ability to provide high level of Customer Service. u00b7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. u00b7 Be computer proficient u00b7 Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing in communicating with the public and co-workers, giving and receiving instructions u00b7 High attention to detail u00b7 Ability to work in various environments including but not limited to adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain, heat.
