Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivery of integrated credit solutions to middle market or corporate clients.
  • Partner closely with client-facing teammates in both the Global Corporate Bank and Global Commercial Bank to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
  • Responsible for helping clients achieve their overall strategy through the innovative use of various funding alternatives.
  • Interact regularly with clients to proactively understand their goals, current performance, and needs.
  • Assess the appropriateness of existing solutions and propose optimal financing alternatives or additional financing solutions.
  • Directly accountable for managing credit quality and the approval process through interaction with Risk Management Officers and Senior Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in a commercial banking related role.
  • Proficient credit and risk analysis skills.
  • Proficient presentation, structuring, and financial statement analysis skills.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.

Pay Transparency Details:

Pay range $81,000.00 - $170,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
