The Assistant House Manager provides appropriate role modeling in a therapeutic environment that promotes the physical, emotional and behavioral health of each student and assists them in developing adaptive life skills. They work as a part of a collaborative therapeutic team. The Assistant House Manager supports the House Manager in providing on-site management in assigned residence including monitoring, quality assurance, staff training and development, and scheduling of personnel. They also assure the safety and well-being of the children entrusted to the program and maintain a nurturing and supportive environment. The Assistant House Manager is directly accountable to their assigned House Manager or Residential Director who provide them with supervision and training. Due to the nature of the workflow and level of responsibility, the Assistant House Manager maintains a flexible schedule.
