What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Conduct data analysis using complex statistical methods to identify trends, anomalies, and outliers
2. Create long-term forecasts for volume and shrinkage, developing comprehensive headcount plans
3. Drive budget planning cycles to maximize operational understanding and planning
4. Develop and maintain staff models aligned with long-term business plans and budget requirements
5. Recommend KPIs and metrics for measuring business results and workforce gaps

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
2. 5+ years of workforce management experience
3. 3+ years of quantitative analysis or research experience
4. Strong forecasting skills using various statistical methods
5. Expert Excel skills, including experience with macros and complex models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Analysis experience in Customer Service or Operations
2. Previous Capacity Planning experience
3. Familiarity with WFM Solutions such as Aspect, NICE IEX, and/or Verint
4. Experience with VBA programming within Excel to automate workbooks
