Base pay range


$80,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr


A well-established wealth management firm in Rhode Island is seeking a highly organized and relationship-driven Client Service Associate to support three advisors managing multimillion client assets. This role is critical in delivering end-to-end service to a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, and charitable organizations. Responsibilities include account management, processing trades, preparing reports, coordinating client documentation, and working with custodians. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and excels in a fast-paced, professional environment, with strong interpersonal skills and a talent for building lasting client relationships.


Responsibilities



  • Support three financial advisors with administrative and client service tasks.

  • Open and maintain client accounts, including updates to personal information and beneficiaries.

  • Process equity and mutual fund trades, block trades, and trade reconciliations.

  • Coordinate and process rollovers and other custodian-related transactions.

  • Prepare performance reports, investment summaries, and client review materials.

  • Monitor and track Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).

  • Manage billing operations, including quarterly fee processing and audits.

  • Maintain accurate records, client activity logs, and documentation.

  • Respond to client inquiries and service requests professionally.

  • Assist with meeting coordination and obtain client signatures as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

  • Handle all client information with strict confidentiality.


Requirements



  • Associate degree in finance or a related field.

  • Series 7 (preferred) or Series 6 license.

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment firms, trust departments, or related industries.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and quick learner of new systems.

  • Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.

  • High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills.

  • Comfort working in a small, high-performing team environment.

  • Must be local to Warwick, RI, and able to work onsite.
