The Role

Do you want to make a difference and be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team where your contributions are valued and integral to the success of enabling new and supporting existing FI direct indexing products in the Custom Separately Managed Accounts product area within the Fidelity Institutional (FI) business unit? In this role, you will be a key player in our success, partnering with a squad leader on new and evolving products and services.

As a Product Delivery Manager, you will combine deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You should have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining problems, generating solutions, collaborating effectively, and bringing products to life. This role offers ample opportunities for growth and learning in the dynamic field of product delivery:

• Strategy: Understanding the problem or the 'why' and aligning it with the mission.

• Execution: How and where the work gets done.

• Business Readiness: Driving your product to launch and supporting it post-launch.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development.

• Ability to influence your squad and interdependent teams by embracing a shared vision and fostering collaboration. Drive toward business goals with effective communication and navigate complex scenarios.

• Strong at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle, focusing on changing how we do business to bring a product from strategy to market.

• Ability to understand the end-to-end customer experience, identify pain points, and communicate effectively with stakeholders using epics and stories within an agile framework.

• A growth mindset to continually develop skills and approach work with curiosity and a desire to learn, keeping your team current.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.

Fidelity's hybrid working model combines onsite and offsite work. While onsite presence is important for our culture and strategy, we value the benefits of remote work. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite every other week, Monday through Friday, in a Fidelity office.
