Walco Electric is one of the largest industrial equipment service and repair shops in New England. We have been family owned since 1931! This is a terrific opportunity to join our office staff and make a daily impact within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Update company database.
• Job creation and job closing in company E2 system
• Manage and submit billings to Accounts Receivable
• Daily collaboration with Accounting and Administrative departments
• Maintain records, files and reports according to written procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• 23 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  
  

Hours: Part Time, 20 Hours per week, Day Shift

Note: Successful applicants for this position will be required to pass a background check and drug test.
