This role is crucial in shaping our workforce capabilities and aligning with Kuiper's mission to provide broadband connectivity globally.The Technical Architect II will create innovative learning ecosystems, partner with frontline leaders to develop technical training plans, and establish career development frameworks supporting Kuiper's growth and technological evolution.Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Learning and Development, this leader will influence talent strategy and organizational capabilities, translating business objectives into impactful learning initiatives to enhance performance, innovation, and engagement.You will play a pivotal role in shaping Kuiper's future workforce, directly impacting our ability to innovate, scale, and deliver on our mission of global connectivity in the age of AI, robotics, and advanced manufacturing.Key job responsibilities Develop and implement Learning and Development initiatives aligned with Kuiper's goals and technological roadmap.Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employee growth.Create scalable learning ecosystems to support workforce expansion and evolving skills.Establish a career development framework for all levels.Build strategic partnerships to foster innovation in learning experiences.Define KPIs and measure ROI of learning initiatives, demonstrating impact.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on learning priorities, risks, and successes.Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.Develop blended learning programs covering corporate culture, compliance, and role-specific training.Export Control Requirement: Candidates must be U.S. citizens, nationals, Green Card holders, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as refugees or asylees.Podstawowe kwalifikacje 5+ years of program or project management experience5+ years of developing and delivering cross-functional training, including tech and non-tech teamsExperience with advanced Learning Management SystemsExperience training employees at all levelsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProven success in scaling learning strategies in high-growth, tech organizationsData analytics skills to drive learning strategies and demonstrate impactPreferowane kwalifikacje Quantitative degree or relevant experienceAttention to detail, strong analytical and communication skillsOperations management experience and familiarity with business intelligenceStrong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagementExperience in corporate learning and automation of systemsAbility to solve ambiguous problemsProficiency with Learning Management SystemsAbility to prioritize and deliver results in a dynamic environmentAmazon is an equal opportunity employer.
