Experience with: Point of Sale systems Loss prevention and cash management Recruitment, selection, and training Scheduling and payroll management Performance management and conflict resolution Space management and visual merchandising Effective organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Computer proficiency Physical requirements: constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, standing for at least two hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, vision for close work, depth perception, focus adjustment, lifting at least 30 lbs.The salary range for this position is $67,500-$80,000, based on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational factors.
