Job Details

Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, output and on-time delivery targets. Identify material/capacity constraints and resolve issues, including chasing material shortages, expediting and prioritizing functions (receiving, inspection, mfg. engineering, etc.) and escalating issues. Ensure that safe work practices are in use at all times. Ensure all components being used are to the BOM. Verify that the printed labels are correct. Ensure that ERP transactions are completed to reflect physical material movement. Achieve cycle count accuracy goals. Ensure production activities are completed in accordance with design and process documentation. Lead daily production meeting and assist with creating and publishing daily/weekly/monthly metrics. Assist with training and coaching of production workforce, and with completion of reviews for production personnel.
