Job Details

The Engineer performs interior and external preventative maintenance and basic repairs in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state, and local regulations. Responds to engineering service calls. Promptly reports emergencies, accidents, injuries, missing articles, damage, engineering items and safety hazards to management. What you'll be doing Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify issues. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including fixing leaks, replacing faulty components, and troubleshooting equipment failures. Ensure all building systems are operational and comply with safety regulations. Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as power outages, water leaks, and fire alarms, and take appropriate actions to ensure guest and staff safety.
