Project Manager - Dam Construction (Hybrid)
Location: Foxborough, MA (weekly hybrid position work from home 2-3 days a week)
Salary: $130K-$230K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee dam construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and engineering, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Dam, Geotechnical or Heavy Civil construction Project Management experience needed!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage dam construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to manage project risks.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and best practices in dam construction.
• Review and approve design plans, specifications, and construction documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in Dam, Geotechnical, or Heavy Civil construction.
• Experience with engineering software: AutoCAD, HydroCAD, SEEP/W, SLOPE/W, L-pile, Plaxis, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and GIS
  Systems preferred
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
