The Field Medical Director, will lead strategic medical initiatives supporting the US adoption of innovative surgical technologies. This role is pivotal in driving clinical engagement, accelerating product adoption, and integrating data, training, and technology to optimize surgical outcomes, patient safety and practitioner proficiency. The field-based medical leader will oversee a team of Medical Science Liaisons (MS - Ls) and act as the key interface between the organization and the external medical community. The role will drive leadership in ensuring that medical and scientific exchange aligns with company strategy and that insights from the field inform cross-functional business decisions.
