Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) seeks an Associate Director, Training to join Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS). CAPS provides a range of mental health services to help RISD students improve emotional, interpersonal, and academic functioning. The Associate Director of Training, CAPS provides input and makes recommendations for the effective and efficient administrative, clinical, consultative, and outreach functions of CAPS. This role provides consultation and oversight on sensitive, challenging, and more acute clinical cases, in consultation with the Director. The position provides urgent clinical services during regular hours of operation. The Associate Director attends administrative meetings, participates in relevant committees, and provides input and recommendations to enhance the general operational flow of clinical services.
