The Coordinator of Well-Being and Community Director reports to both the Assistant Director of Residential Life and the Associate Director of Well-Being & Nutrition. This position will assist with the oversight of a residential community including the management and supervision of the staff and students in the community. This position also plays a key role in enhancing the residential experience by promoting holistic student development through the 8 dimensions of well-being: emotional, physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, environmental, occupational, and financial. This position will work collaboratively with campus partners to design and implement well-being initiatives that support student success, connection, and resilience. This is a full-time, twelve-month, live-in position. This position will at times require a non-standard work schedule, such as night and weekend hours.
