JOB SUMMARY

Join our innovative team as an Architect for Intelligent Agent Solutions, where you will spearhead the design and architecture of cutting-edge intelligent agent systems powered by generative AI. As a leading technical expert, you will craft the blueprint for autonomous and adaptive AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, learning, and acting within complex environments to achieve specific goals. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define the architectural vision and strategy for intelligent agent solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures for agentic AI systems, incorporating generative AI model integration.
• Guide the integration of agentic AI solutions with existing systems and set integration standards.
• Establish architectural patterns and best practices for building scalable and reliable agentic AI.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure alignment and provide guidance.
• Evaluate emerging AI and agentic technologies for their architectural impact.
• Oversee the design and implementation of necessary data pipelines and infrastructure for agentic AI.

EXPERIENCE

• Required: 7 years of software solution architecture experience, with a focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Required: 3 years designing solutions using large language models (LLMs) and generative AI.
• Required: 3 years architecting AI agent systems or similar autonomous systems.
• Required: 2 years designing robust data architectures for AI/ML workflows and agentic systems.
• Preferred: 3 years deploying AI models at scale in high-throughput, low-latency environments.
• Preferred: 3 years familiarity with architecting solutions on cloud computing platforms.
• Preferred: 1 year experience architecting solutions using specific agentic frameworks (like LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their application in agentic systems.
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts: planning, reasoning, memory, and action execution.
• Expertise in software architecture principles and system integration methodologies.
• Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and microservices for AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Python, and software development best practices.
• Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks.
• Familiarity with MLOps for deploying and managing AI models in production.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership skills to steer technical direction.
• Strategic and holistic thinking for complex systems.

EDUCATION

• Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• Preferred: Master's degree in similar disciplines.

Pay Range

Minimum: $108,000.00 - Maximum: $201,800.00

Compensation depends on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and internal equity. The displayed salary range may vary based on location.
