Job Details

We are looking for a Program Chief Engineer to lead the engineering technical, schedule and cost activities of a design team on different types of Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) programs including new product development, production and IR&D programs. Work closely with Program Manager, Engineering groups, Manufacturing department and other departments as necessary to expedite project completion and facilitate the overall operation of project team. Report to the Business Chief Engineer on all program metrics, status, staffing, and ongoing efforts. Essential Functions:Facilitate the overall operation and performance of a project team with minimal oversite from management team. Provide coordination between resource managers/supervisors and Program Managers. Oversee and coordinates the cost/schedule/technical aspects of ongoing engineering projects within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer.
