Lead and manage a team of 3-6 manufacturing technicians. Ensure adherence to cGMP regulations and company policies. Promote safety and continuous improvement within the team. Bachelors degree in a scientific or engineering field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. At least 2 years of supervisory experience highly desired. Proven track record in managing diverse teams. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities. Detailed understanding of cGMPs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to adhere strictly to all PPE requirements within cGMP manufacturing.
