This is a full-time on-site role located in Providence, RI for a LATE NIGHT General Manager at Strive Kitchen + Bar (7pm-3am). The General Manager will oversee the night life operations of the kitchen + bar, manage staff, and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, employee training and development, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, welcoming, and efficient environment.

• Marketing Strategy and Customer Engagement skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
