Job Summary: Answer calls and perform risk assessments for patients seeking Behavioral Health Services.

Must be self-motivated and able to work in a busy environment.

Qualifications: Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Health or a related field required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service with a focus on behavioral health and substance abuse treatments.

Knowledge of insurance verification and proficiency with various computer programs required.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Day shift availability required for training.
