JOB SUMMARY

You will be instrumental in supporting and executing consulting projects for our clients and prospects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Consultants to develop client strategies and assist in new business activities.
  • Ensure project tasks are performed according to set standards, timelines, and quality checks.
  • Analyze Pharmacy Benefit Manager contracts and conduct financial evaluations to assist the team in preparing pricing models for client proposals.
  • Review pharmacy reports, extract essential trends, and benchmark results.
  • Help create new tools and products that enhance client value by gaining insights into pharmacy best practices and market trends.
  • Participate in conference calls or meetings to discuss project progress as needed.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's degree in health care or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least five (5) years of recent relevant experience in a consulting firm, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, or in actuarial, underwriting, pricing, or account management within a Health & Welfare consulting/brokerage firm, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, or health insurance carrier.

  • Capability to plan and execute large, complex projects while understanding the overarching goals.
  • Commitment to excellence, delivering high-quality, client-ready work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a readiness to navigate ambiguity.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment alongside consultants with demanding travel agendas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with large data sets in Excel, Access, or similar software is a plus.
