Job Title

Performs evaluations and plans and implements exercise and treatments of referred patients to rehabilitate the physical mobility of in and/or out patients. Required skills/qualifications/training/experience include:

• New clinicians considered
• Excellent communication skills
• Follows practice guidelines
• Able to assess and interpret patient status and adapt treatment plan accordingly
• Able to use a computer
• Able to prioritize work tasks
• Able to treat wide variety of diagnoses
• Able to communicate with interdisciplinary care team members

Preferred skills/qualifications/training/experience include:

• Prior hospital setting

Educational requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Bachelors Masters or Doctorate Degree Physical Therapy Program

License/certification:

• MA License
