Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the global Division leadership team to develop workforce and talent strategies and global HR solutions in areas such as organization and workforce effectiveness, talent and leadership development and employee engagement to meet business goals.
• Work closely with other groups (HR Operations, CoE) to develop HR strategy and policy as well as people programs to enable the company to attract, develop and retain high-caliber employees.

Qualifications

• Director level experience in Human Resources.
• Full?time employment.
