• Process vendor invoices with appropriate approvals and backup, ensuring accurate classification and timely payments
• Execute weekly disbursements via checks and credit cards, monitor cash flow, and reconcile transactions
• Review expenses for accuracy, manage vendor W-9s, and complete 1099 year-end processing
• Maintain paperless AP workflow, question unusual charges, and communicate findings to the Controller
• Support client billing activities (~10% of the role) and assist internal teams with invoice preparation and documentation
• Perform periodic reconciliations of credit card statements and bank accounts, identifying discrepancies
  
  

• 5+ years of AP experience in a high-volume, paperless environment
• Experience with 3-way matching and invoice verificationmust be proactive, not just process-driven
• Strong communication and organizational skills; must be comfortable flagging and escalating discrepancies
• Tech savvy and detail-orientedOffice 365 and Advantage Software experience preferred
