Job Details

We are looking for a shipper / receiver that can multitask in a fast-paced environment, has previous warehousing and shipping experience, is comfortable with systems and works well with others. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, progressive industrial distribution company.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment including stock parts and Custom Controls
• Properly pack and ship orders
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe
• Accurately perform cycle counts
• Assist customers at the pick-up counter when needed
• Responsible for utilizing BSC's ERP computer system to perform all functions

Requirements

Qualifications (skills, abilities, experience, education):

• At least 2 years of warehouse or shipping / receiving experience
• Experience with UPS WorldShip & Fed X Shipping systems a plus
• General computer skills a must, experience with Epicor Profit21 a plus
• Forklift experience a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute tasks quickly and efficiently
• Strong Team Player
• Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical demands:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Salary Description

$18-$25 an Hour Depending on Experience
