SUMMARYThe primary duty of the Club Server position is to interact with patrons by receiving, processing, and/or facilitating orders on Point of Sale (POS) devices.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Welcome patrons as they arrive.* Accept and process orders for patrons on Point of Sale (POS) device.* Relay orders to kitchen in a timely manner.* Assemble orders and serve to patrons.* As needed, assist patrons with carrying purchased items to tables.* Provide exceptional customer service to patrons and ensure an exemplary overall experience.* Monitor and maintain proper product availability to include serving ware, condiments, and other guest requests.* Adhere to basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.* Make sure all equipment is working and report any issues to management.* Special projects and assignments as business dictatesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*
