The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional, welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities / Essential Functions
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
* Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information
* Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
* Support the HR department with additional tasks as assigned
