Our upscale airport restaurant is seeking a professional and friendly Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide exceptional hospitality, manage guest reservations, and help to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

Manage guest reservations and waitlist efficiently

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries

Monitor dining room and assist servers as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area

Assist with other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

Previous experience as a host/hostess in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage guest reservations efficiently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
