Production Scheduler - 1st Shift M-F
Job Summary:

The Production Control Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and monitoring production activities to ensure contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are consistently met.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality for the manufacturing team.
  • Review contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and project documents to determine production requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate work across departments to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Identify, acquire, and ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies.
  • Draft, develop, and implement cost-effective manufacturing methods and procedures to meet production standards.
  • Coordinate hardware testing with quality assurance personnel.
  • Prepare workforce projections and budget estimates based on labor hours and material costs.
  • Determine packaging and shipping requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and draft accurate manufacturing procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in design drafting, production planning, assembly work, or related disciplines.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with scheduling/production planning software (Visual Planning preferred)


Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
