What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation of assigned Epic Clinical Applications
- Serve as a second-level response for application support, addressing user issues and implementing solutions
- Assist management in utilizing applications to optimize department performance and decision-making
- Act as a liaison between Information Services, customer departments, and vendors
- Provide training and support as necessary for end users of the applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology, specifically in Systems Analysis
- Associate's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Technology preferred
- EPIC Certification in Area of Responsibility preferred
- Certified, licensed, or registered in the relevant field of practice preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Epic Clinical Applications
- Additional certification or training in relevant technologies or methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives within a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance issues
