Job Description:

The Custodian is a direct report to the Facilities Maintenance Manager. The Custodian is responsible for keeping all company property and equipment in working clean order and maintaining any requests in a timely manner.

Schedule: Sunday- Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintains a pleasant and neat environment at Facility
• Is responsive to custodial requests and urgent tasks all completed within a reasonable time frame
• Maintains supplies and inventory ensuring storage space is up-kept
• Works well with others and is teamwork oriented ensuring all tasks are completed according to weekly schedule

Requirements:

• Always wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms during each shift
• Must take showers and wash hair thoroughly before each shift in order to effectively prevent contamination in the facility
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work
• Must work well with others
• Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours
• Must be motivated
• Must be honest, trustworthy and hardworking
• Passion for the cannabis industry
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must pass all required background checks

Working Conditions:

• Ability to sit, stand, stoop, twist, reach, stretch, walk, perform repetitive motions and carry boxes
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or push/pull 100lbs
