12 hours per week.
Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 am to 8:00 am. Must be flexible to work holidays during the same hours and to stay until all tasks are completed.
Ability to adapt to varying schedules, including early arrivals, late departures, or overtime as needed.
About Our Nuclear Pharmacy Services
Our Nuclear Pharmacy is vital in providing radiopharmaceuticals and medications to healthcare providers, strictly adhering to State and Federal regulations. Our team guides doctors and technologists on the safe and effective use of radioactive drugs for diagnostic and therapeutic use.
Your Role in Pharmacy Services & Delivery
You will play an essential role in the accurate and timely distribution of radiopharmaceuticals and oncology medications. Your main tasks will include preparing doses for shipment, packaging medications, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver medications on designated routes using a company vehicle (non-CDL).
Package radiopharmaceuticals for shipment, conduct testing, and manage loading/unloading of containers.
Utilize a handheld device to scan orders for accuracy and navigate routes effectively.
Process returned packages from customer locations.
Maintain vehicle functionality and perform minor roadside repairs as necessary.
Carry out general cleaning of the facility and assist with other duties as required.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Must be at least 18 years old to operate company vehicles.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
Previous experience in delivery driving is a plus.
Basic English proficiency is preferred for reading and writing safety policies and documents.
Ability to manage weights up to 75 pounds comfortably.
Comfortable driving in various weather conditions and hours.
Able to remain mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
Willingness to work different schedules, including weekends and holidays, and adapt hours as business needs demand.
Comfortable working in a nuclear medicine environment.
Able to work overtime with little or no notice.
Proficient in using computers and tablets.
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
