Adecco Staffing is hiring for Production Operators on 1st Shift! This is a temp to hire role in South Grafton, MA.

Hours/Days: 7:00AM-7:00PM, Monday-Thursday with optional OT on Fridays

Pay: $20 per hour

Job Summary:

The Extrusion Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products. This role ensures the extrusion process runs smoothly, monitors product quality, and performs routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion machines, adjusting settings based on product requirements.

• Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met and make necessary adjustments.

• Perform regular quality checks and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime.

• Conduct routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.

• Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with the team to ensure steady material flow.

• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machine operation and maintenance is a plus

• Proven experience as an Extrusion Machine Operator or in a related manufacturing role

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand and operate complex machinery

• Knowledge of extrusion processes, equipment, and procedures

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
