Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and Allied Universal guidelines.; Control access by greeting arrivals, verifying identification and/or authorization, issuing visitor credentials as directed, and maintaining a professional lobby presence that helps to deter unauthorized entry.; Monitor lobby activity, cameras, and/or alarm indicators as assigned, and promptly report irregular activity or maintenance concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities as directed by post orders.; Complete security-related documentation such as visitor logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate clear handoffs to incoming personnel.
