Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location; Staff the front desk by greeting and directing visitors, managing sign-in and/or badge processes, and notifying appropriate personnel of arrivals in accordance with site procedures; Monitor access control points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and intercoms, and document notable activity per post orders; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including supporting medical emergency protocols as directed by site procedures; Complete required reports, logs, and shift turnover communications, and escalate maintenance and/or security-related concerns to site leadership as needed
