Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific, security-related procedures and policies for a healthcare location; Greet and screen visitors, confirm identification and/or appointment information as required, issue visitor credentials when applicable, and direct individuals to the appropriate destination; Monitor access points and lobby activity, assist with maintaining orderly entry, and report suspicious behavior to help to deter unauthorized access; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications to onsite staff and/or emergency responders per post orders; Complete logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate observations and handoff information to Allied Universal leadership and/or onsite contacts
