3rd Shift 11PM-7:30AM Mon-Fri
Summary: Record production receipts into SAP, move materials to their proper inventory location and support production by supplying inventory materials as requested
Job Duties:
Retrieve and accurately confirm materials (boxes and pallets) into SAP using handheld scanner
Stamp each box and place on correct pallet for individual box confirmations
Verify that there are no mixed parts on the pallet prior to stretch wrapping, and prepare pallet label using "Bar Tender" software
Confirm materials and move to their warehouse locations for less-than-pallet orders
Prepare pallet label, confirm pre-pallet quantity, and stamp the pallet label for full-pallet material confirmations
Shrink wrap and affix the correct pallet label for all materials being moved to warehouse locations
Retrieve component parts and other materials needed in production as requested by Production Departments
Conduct line clearance of completed production orders and return unused components to warehouse locations
Communicate inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager
Retrieve materials for the Quality Assurance Department and return approved materials back to stock
Review SAP transaction MB51 daily
Keep inventory well organized in designated warehouse location areas
Operate forklift, other lift trucks, and shrink wrapper in accordance with safety standards
Cycle count or recount inventory as requested by the Inventory Manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
SAP experience, preferred
Forklift certification, experience with Raymond, Counter Balance and Turret Lift, preferred
Minimum 1 year of material handling experience in a fast paced environment, preferred
Basic computer skills needed to accurately enter data for inventory control
English reading skills and basic math (must be able to accurately count and multiply)
Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
