Material Handler-No Weekends!!

Description:

Material Handler

The primary responsibility of a Material Handler is to perform an array of functions, including but not limited to job prepping, loading, receiving, and moving material.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $26-$30 an hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

Some welding, job prepping, drill press, chop saw

Loads trucks for outgoing shipments

Unloads the receiving of inbound product

Outside work environment

Complete all work orders accurately and in a timely manner

Rotates product and safely moves product using a forklift (when needed)

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Work with the team to ensure branch success and provide excellent customer service.

Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education - High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions.

Experience in a warehouse/yard position Forklift experience is a plus

Experience with building materials a plus

Must be able to work overtime as needed

Ability to read and write and perform essential math functions
