Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly, multi-state payroll for both union and non-union employees

• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations

• Handle payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefits contributions

• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits

• Assist with audits and special payroll/accounting projects

Qualifications:

• 24 years of payroll experience (construction or union payroll a plus)

• Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax regulations

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

• Proficiency with payroll systems and Excel

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
