ApplyDescriptionTo produce and pack pizza dough to be shipped to Papa Gino's restaurant.* Runs food processing and dough making equipment.* Prepares dough racks and boxes for packing dough.* Observes dough weights and makes sure weight is accurate.* Cuts dough up to 600 pounds per batch.* Packs dough in dough boxes and labels boxes. Puts dough in walk in refrigerator.* Washes dough boxes.* Maintains, cleans and sanitizes all dough making equipment.* Maintains cleanliness of commissary production area including sweeping and mopping of all floRequirementsREQUIREMENTS:* Regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.* Ability to clearly and articulately communicate with team members and guests.* Ability to interact professionally and appropriately with all team members and guests.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push or pull up to 350 pounds.* Ability to stand, lift, and work on feet for 8 or more hours per day.* Ability to work early morning hours sometimes before 6am
