Warehouse Worker At Tf Green Airport

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Worker at TF Green Airport! You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient handling of goods and materials for our upscale restaurants. Your attention to detail, and process optimization skills will be crucial to our success.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution for all locations.

- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics: inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery.

- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.

- Experience in warehouse management.

- Knowledge of inventory control and logistics.

- Ability to multitask and work under time constraints.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Demands:

- Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

- Observes safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions.
