About the role

Responsible for accurate, compliant, and timely inbound and outbound material movements. Ensures inventory integrity, proper documentation, and coordination with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities – Receiving

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO, packing list, and ASN

• Perform ERP transactions (receipts, put-away, lot/serial traceability)

• Identify and escalate discrepancies, damages, or documentation issues

• Ensure materials are labelled, staged, and stored per SOP and EHS requirements

Key Responsibilities – Shipping

• Prepare outbound shipments (domestic & international)

• Generate shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, MSDS)

• Coordinate with carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and schedule pickups

• Ensure compliance with export control and customer requirements

Key Responsibilities - Inventory & Compliance

• Maintain inventory accuracy and FIFO discipline
• Support cycle counts and physical inventories
• Adhere to ISO, ITAR, and customer-specific requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, audit-ready warehouse areas

About you

• 2+ years shipping/receiving or warehouse experience
• ERP experience
• Familiarity with high-value or controlled materials
• Manufacturing or semiconductor experience is desirable
• International shipping experience
• HazMat or IATA training is desirable
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
