What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with a friendly attitude and take orders efficiently
- Prepare high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and breakfast items
- Keep the store clean and stocked to ensure smooth operations
- Work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced setting
- Collaborate with teammates to provide top-notch customer service
- Follow safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
- Energetic and dependable team players
- Strong ability to multitask under pressure
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be available for early morning shifts (5 AM - 11 AM) and weekends
