Work Schedule

  • Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health services in a clinic-based setting. This role focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries, pre-employment and surveillance physicals, and care for patients from private companies and government agencies.

No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.

This position is ideal for clinicians with an interest in occupational medicine, primary care, or urgent care and offers strong training and career development potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations and document medical histories and findings
  • Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing (X-rays, EKGs, labs)
  • Evaluate test results and identify abnormalities
  • Perform therapeutic and clinical procedures, including:
    • Injections and immunizations
    • Suturing and wound care
    • Infection management
  • Treat minor trauma and orthopedic injuries
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) program
  • Active Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Work Environment
  • Outpatient clinic setting
  • Consistent weekly schedule
  • No weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call requirements (at most locations)
