Tuesday: 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide occupational health services in a clinic-based setting. This role focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries, pre-employment and surveillance physicals, and care for patients from private companies and government agencies.
No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities.
This position is ideal for clinicians with an interest in occupational medicine, primary care, or urgent care and offers strong training and career development potential.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and document medical histories and findings
Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing (X-rays, EKGs, labs)
Evaluate test results and identify abnormalities
Perform therapeutic and clinical procedures, including:
Injections and immunizations
Suturing and wound care
Infection management
Treat minor trauma and orthopedic injuries
Required Qualifications
0-2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational medicine
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) program
Active Massachusetts license (or ability to obtain)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Work Environment
Outpatient clinic setting
Consistent weekly schedule
No weekends, nights, holidays, or on-call requirements (at most locations)
