Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Drive to multiple properties within the Rhode Island area to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.; Perform general building repairs, including minor mechanical fixes, basic carpentry, and routine troubleshooting of maintenance issues.; Carry out janitorial duties such as cleaning common areas, removing trash, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness.; Patch roofs and address minor roofing issues to prevent leaks and damage.; Install, repair, or replace sheet rock as needed to maintain walls and ceilings in good condition.
