Location: Rumford, RI
Position: General Utility Associate
Pay Rate: DOE
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Job Summary

The General Utility Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth facility operations. This position supports production by supplying materials, maintaining accurate documentation, upholding housekeeping standards, and assisting with quality checks. Additionally, the associate ensures that shipments are staged, loaded, and labeled correctly, guaranteeing timely and accurate product dispatch.
Essential Functions

• Collaborate with plant staff to maintain a safe work environment.
• Start and operate the mixer/production line as required.
• Transfer production output onto pallets for Work-In-Progress (WIP) or finished goods.
• Track inventory produced during each shift.
• Monitor and document actual downtime and root causes.
• Ensure proper packaging materials are used for the designated product type.
• Build and organize pallets to keep up with production output.
• Load and unload trucks while staging products in the correct locations.
• Conduct periodic quality inspections, either visually or using tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following the 6S process.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience: General work experience in manufacturing or a similar environment preferred.
