Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor customer and employee activity, assist with access and loss prevention-related concerns, and support orderly operations during busy hours and opening/closing activities
